• Puerto Rico
Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Shipping Method: USPS Ground Advantage (required for fragrances)
Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders

A tracking number will be emailed once USPS accepts your package.

Returns:

For product integrity and safety, returns are accepted only on sealed, unopened items.
Returns are not accepted if:
• The fragrance has been opened
• The cellophane is removed
• The bottle or box shows use
If your item arrives damaged:
Please email atelierprf@outlook.com within 48 hours and include:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box
- Your order number

We will gladly assist with a replacement or a solution.
