Do you ship internationally? Not yet. We currently ship to the U.S. and Puerto Rico.


What is your processing time?
1–2 business days before shipment.

What shipping service do you use?
USPS Ground Advantage (required for fragrances containing alcohol).
 

What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.

Can I return a fragrance?
For product integrity and safety, returns are accepted only on sealed, unopened items.
Returns are not accepted if:
• The fragrance has been opened
• The cellophane is removed
• The bottle or box shows use
If your item arrives damaged:
Please email atelierprf@outlook.com within 48 hours and include:
 Photos of the damaged item
 Photos of the shipping box
 Your order number
We will gladly assist with a replacement or a solution.

Yes. All orders include luxury packaging and a thank-you card. Gift messages may be added at
